Who we are and why

Kontent zavodi (the “service”) makes videos for its clients' Instagram, YouTube and Telegram accounts and publishes them after the client approves. This page explains what data the service uses, why, and how.

What we collect

The website form: your name, phone, optionally your Telegram username and message — only to contact you. They are sent to our Telegram and are not stored on the website.

When you use the service: access keys of the accounts you connect (Instagram/Facebook, YouTube/Google, a Telegram bot, ElevenLabs and other services you choose), the public statistics of your page (views, likes, comments), the materials and videos you send, and the scripts, voice-overs and videos the agent makes.

From Instagram and YouTube we ask only for the permissions the service needs: publishing videos, reading statistics and replying to comments.

How we use it

Only to make content for you, publish it, reply to comments and analyse your statistics. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

The services the work depends on, and only the part they need: Anthropic (Claude — research and scripts), ElevenLabs (voice), Pixabay and Pexels (footage search), Meta (Instagram), Google (YouTube), Telegram; and, if you switched them on, OpenAI or Google Gemini. No one else, except where the law requires it.

Where and how long

Data is kept on a server we rent. Keys are kept in closed files only the administrator can read and are never sent back to a browser; each client's brand runs under its own user, isolated from the others.

Downloaded footage is deleted 7 days after the video is published. When an account is closed, or when you ask, your brand's data and keys are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data — see the “Data deletion” page. You can withdraw permissions at any time in your Facebook and Google account settings.
